Our playlist series will unfold as both mood-setting and music curation, a way of translating moods, atmospheres, and interior states into an auditory form. The preamble acts as a meditation that names the condition and draws the reader into the sensorial world the music occupies.

The series opens with Playlist 01 as the first entry. Its theme,First Hour” points to the earliest stretch of morning before the day asserts itself.

Essence - The tenderness of a new day and the fragile clarity of dawn before the world intrudes. The listening posture is simple: receive, do not extract.

Scene - You’re sat, in the first hour, first sip, first line, first note: your pulse aligns to a quieter clock. The day has not yet claimed you, and the music reminds you that it does not have to.
