We may exercise this right on a case by case basis. All descriptions of products and pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice at the sole discretion of us. We have the right to discontinue any product at any given time.
SHIPPING
All items ships directly from Lagos Nigeria. We ship to all destinations within Nigeria and worldwide.Domestic orders are shipped via local dispatch companies while international orders are shipped via DHL.Shipping period is within 2-5 business days (after the production period has elapsed)We offer a flat rate of $40 for all international shipments. Extra cost applies for heavy duty shipping and bulk purchases.Once your item has been shipped, a confirmation email and a tracking number will be sent to you and you’ll be able to track your shipment on DHL’s official website.kkerelé is not responsible for any custom, taxes, import duties, brokerage fees or any other additional charges incurred by your local government.kkerelé is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Kindly ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.Please note that the customer is in charge of ensuring that the shipping laws permits the shipment of your order to the destination country. kkerelé is not responsible for any damages or seizement of items that might arise from the aforementioned.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Since we operate independently and on a made to order basis, we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds.We’ll always ensure that your piece is made as close to the picture displayed as possible but please, note that all pieces are made by hand and slight imperfections are to be expected due to the nature of hand made works. Please give room for these imperfections should there be any.Any huge production flaw that will cause a defect or alter the lifespan of your piece is out of tolerance and will not be shipped. With this in mind, should there be other reasons you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re happy to offer an exchange provided the item is unworn, undamaged and in it’s original tags and package it was sent.Kindly initiate an exchange request within 5 days after receipt of item by sending an email to kkerele@gmail.com and a return authorisation will be sent to you within 72 hours.Once your item has been received by us, you’ll be notified subsequently by email when the exchange item has been processed. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
