Overview :

We are looking for a full time sales associate to coordinate and deliver an exceptional in-store experience at our showroom located in ikoyi Lagos. Your goal will be to foster a personalised shopping experience that reflects the brand’s identity and values in all aspects of client’s interactions.

Key responsibilities:

Oversee the day to day running of the showroom and ensuring it operates efficiently.
Maintain a deep understanding of all products.
Manage inventory levels, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed properly.
Process sales transactions, handle returns, and maintain accurate customer records.
Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely deliveries and stock availability.
Ensure customers receive personalised attention and a seamless shopping experience.
Organize and oversee in-store events, promotions, or product launches.
Manage damaged or defective products and handle any returns or exchanges in coordination with customer support.
Provide feedback to the team on customer preferences, product trends, and showroom performance.

Requirements:

Previous experience in retail, particularly in fashion.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.

Salary

N250,000 starting monthly salary with an opportunity for advancement on an annual review basis.

Job title - Creative Assistant

Overview :

We are looking for a part-time Creative Assistant to work closely with our Creative Director in executing visual and conceptual direction of the brand, ensuring consistency across design, marketing materials and product presentation.

Key responsibilities:

Assist the creative director in brainstorming and developing new shoe designs. This includes researching on methods, colours, textures and themes that align with the brand’s identity.
Assist in photography and campaign shoots and ensuring that the brand's creative vision is well-represented in visuals.
Assist in generating creative content for social media, e-commerce sites, and marketing campaigns. This includes creating visuals or assisting in graphic design for promotional materials.
Assist in the creation of presentations, look-books and line sheets tailored for stockists and retailers.
Assist in planning and organising store events, product launches, or showroom displays.
Maintain a well-organised archive of designs, samples and production processes for future reference.
Assist in managing project timelines to ensure that each phase of the design and production process stays on track from initial concept development to final delivery.

Requirements:

Passion for design and creative work
Experience in fashion, photography or graphic design
Flexibility to work part-time hours with occasional availability for special projects and events
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary

N200,000 starting monthly salary with an opportunity for advancement on an annual review basis.
